Newly completed 6 String Cigar Box

Here is my latest finished guitar
It's a 6 string guitar box guitar now I don't want to be known for making cigar box guitars particularly but there is something about them that is Highly appealing.

 

The humbucker and lipstick single coil have been selected to give a wide variety of tone and to retain that raw authentic old style blues sound

After much umming and arring I decided to mount the Telecaster control plate on top of the box.

 

I thought it would be fun to make the headstock look like a snapped bit of wood.

Although all of the parts are re-used they are pretty much in as new condition.
